Save the Bay (STB) gathers San Diegans to raise awareness about protecting our natural resources. This special event brings together hundreds of water sport enthusiasts, community leaders and concerned San Diegans to celebrate the bays and beaches that are essential to our way of life. Activities at STB include "Paddle for the Bay", Kayak Nature Tours, Beach & Bay Cleanups, Kayak Water Polo, Synchronized Kayaking, Hands-on Water Education, and Live Music provided by the Fish & the Seaweeds.

Proceeds from Save the Bay 2005 will benefit an exciting new pollution prevention education program called Project SWELL - Stewardship: Water Education for Lifelong Leadership.
